Pentart Decoupage Varnish and Glue for Textiles 100ml. 

Pentart decoupage glue and varnish for textiles is perfect for onto fabric.

Drying with a matte finish, this is a water based, all in one decoupage glue and varnish which will stick your rice paper and napkins to fabrics.

Spreads easily and evenly.

How to use:
🔹spread a layer where you want to decoupage your paper/napkin
🔹place your paper onto the glue and press down
🔹apply further layer pf the glue and varnish to the top of the paper working from the centre moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.
🔹Fix by ironing on the reverse for 30 seconds, set iron to cotton.

Once fixed, fabric can be machine washed - wash fabric inside out and on gentle cycle
